In 2018, Ocean Taste opened at Ward Avenue and began our passion of serving the best grade poke & sashimi bowls for our community. The reason is simple: We love fish.
The freshness and quality of fish as well as preparation techniques are crucial factors in delivering the best flavor experience, and this has been our philosophy since day one. All of our premium grade ‘ahi are carefully picked by our chef at the Honolulu Fish Auction daily and prepared in house to retain its peak flavors and textures. In addition to serving local favorites, we also source some of the freshest seasonal seafood from around the world, air-flown to the shop, combined with our skills and techniques to create delightful flavors for you to enjoy.
