Non-Profit Beneficiaries

We’re excited to share that this year, Honolulu Restaurant Week is proud to support Aloha Harvest.

By participating in this delicious event, you’re not just indulging in the best dining experiences that Honolulu has to offer—you’re also helping to make a positive impact in our community. A portion of the proceeds from Honolulu Restaurant Week will go directly to Aloha Harvest, which work tirelessly to uplift and support those in need in our island community.

Aloha Harvest

Aloha Harvest is a dedicated non-profit organization based in Hawaii that focuses on rescuing surplus food from local businesses and redistributing it to those in need. Established with the mission to alleviate hunger and minimize food waste, Aloha Harvest collaborates with restaurants, grocery stores, and farms to collect excess food that would otherwise go to waste.

Through their efficient logistics and volunteer network, Aloha Harvest ensures that this nutritious food reaches food banks, shelters, and community organizations across the islands. By bridging the gap between abundance and need, Aloha Harvest not only nourishes those facing food insecurity but also promotes sustainability and environmental responsibility.
