FAQ

Q: What do I need to provide

All participating restaurants are required to offer a prix-fixe menu. You can offer more than one menu.

These menus can be offered for dine-in, to-go, delivery, or as meal kits.

Please submit menus, photos, information by Oct. 1 to [email protected].

Q: Can we offer more than one type of menu?

Yes. Your restaurant can serve a special brunch or lunch and a special dinner menu if you choose.

Q: What should I consider when creating my menu?

HRW is a chance to offer guests a special deal.

  • A discounted rate: If your prix-fixe menu offers guests a special deal, guests will take note and be more inclined to visit you during HRW to take advantage of the discount.

  • An exclusive menu item: If you offer a special menu item that is only available during HRW, you will be

  • offering a limited time experience for your guests.

  • You can also offer your normal menu during this same period. This offers more flexibility for the restaurant and for customers.

Q: What should we offer on our prix-fixe menu?

Many diners use Restaurant Week to try out new restaurants. This is your chance to connect with new guests that can become regular diners. For new diners, being able to try your signature dishes, is often a draw. You can also use the opportunity to test out a new menu item and see how it’s received. Any deals or special offers are welcome and encouraged during HRW.

Q: How Are Orders and Reservations Handled?

Participating restaurants will be able to link their website and/or reservation link to their listing on the HRW “Participating Restaurants’ page. All reservations and to go/delivery orders will be booked directly through the restaurant or the restaurant’s reservation platform.
