An Di Dzo

About the Restaurant

An Di Dzo (Pronounced Ahn, Dee, Yo!)
A unique futuristic Vietnamese restaurant with a minimalism vibe. We focus on popular classic Vietnamese flavors, authentic delicious flavors and quality ingredients. Our original location, Cuu Long II in Chinatown, was known to have one of the best pho broths in Hawai‘i for over 20 years. Broth is made of real bones, bone marrow, quality beef cuts, and herbs. Being at Ward Village has attracted talented mixologists to create a unique Vietnamese signature cocktail list.

The Restaurant Week menu is giving Chef an opportunity to explore a French fusion tasting menu, with duck confit papaya salad, caviar pho, and also bringing in the fan favorite imperial (rice paper) fried rolls. This delicious set at an affordable price is an unbeatable value!
