The meaning behind our restaurant El Cielo if translated is Sky or Heavens. However, to Chef Masa he envisions much more to that. His passion and dedication to his craft within the culinary industry has been rooted within him from an early age. When he envisioned El Cielo, he looked to the sky for endless potential and possibilities.
El Cielo can define his limits to his love and creativity of his art which translates within each dish that he presents to you.
Essentially El Cielo to us is the limitless potential and possibilities, sky’s the limit.
