The first Beer Lab concept focused not only on great beer, but on great food… The HALL was created to be a gathering place for the surrounding community and visitors alike. The open space concept and community tables encourage comradery and conversation. A gathering place for all.
The HALL by Beer Lab HI features a full menu serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
And as always, a variety of 10 of the freshest locally produced beers straight from our Brewery.

Beer battered asparagus and kampachi

Chinese-style beer braised pork belly. 3 skewers, lightly grilled for a smokey finish, topped with a drizzle of scallion and roasted pepper sauce, white rice with furikake

Warm and rich chocolate beer cake coated in a semi-sweet beer ganache, garnished with edible flowers
